Shipping policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to7-10 business days for packing, handling, and fulfillment before your order ships. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your region.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

International Orders: Some countries may charge VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are assessed by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. I am unable to estimate or pay these fees on your behalf.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
